Welcome to advanced commercial systems. Today we have another podcast where we sit down in our office with our recording studio and we’ve been doing this for a few years now. A lot of time and a lot of energy and a lot of money has been spent to create these podcast so that you and commercial roofing broken Arrow can see specifically what we’re about, how we can help you, who we are, how we do what we do and really we just share with you the ups and the downs of the lesson, the riots, all the different aspects of commercial roofing and so there are some different services that we offer here at advanced commercial systems. Now we do and can very easily do and often do residential roofing, but I have to tell you when it comes to commercial roofing, it is our expertise. It is our passion and here are the services that we offer for you, one of which is a basically a free roof evaluation that’s a 24 hour free roof evaluation in commercial roofing Broken Arrow services.
In this evaluation, we give you a fool, a estimate and a simulation of all the data of what your roof currently it looks like. And then we can flip that over as sit down with you for a little while and share with you what the roof can look like in the next five years, the next 10 years, you know, just assuming all things considered normal and then we can share with you if there’s anything that could be done or needs to be done to the roof. We can share those estimates with you as well. And so then roof repair is a very large part of what we do. Uh, I would say especially here in the winter months, uh, cause right now it’s wintertime. We don’t do as many roof replacements in the winter as we do per number of roof repairs because basically a lot of people wait until the spring time to get their roofs replaced and other services in commercial roofing Broken Arrow.

Now what I mean by that is when, when we have a repair call co come in, we get someone out there literally normally that exact same day. Now the reason why is because the weather in Oklahoma’s is pretty tricky. It’s pretty funny. You might look wonderful today, but it might be just storming and, and down the rain tonight it might be a torrential rain that just floods roofs every single, every single part of town in commercial roofing broken out. And it can happen in one hour from the, I’ve seen it, the temperature dropped 30 degrees. I’ve seen the type of temperature rise 50 degrees, uh, like today. Today’s extremely cold.
It’s in the teens today. And so we’re actually not working on any roofs. We need to be a above freezing and many times above 40 degrees before we actually can get an install repairs or roofing systems and, but with roof repairs we put a lot of energy, a lot of expertise and to making sure we’re communicating with you to making sure we’re taking care of all different aspects of your roofing situation and that we let you know upfront will, what, what type of repair we’re going to do. You know, they’re there. I mean, any one given roof, you could lose six to eight different types of repairs because there’s a lot of different products in the market. So a lot of different systems in ways that can be done repaired. We stick with many of the different, uh, aspects that are, uh, that are promoted by the National Roofing Contractors Association.
You know, it’s good to have a standard in the industry and these guys truly have been, they’re a great organization and they are really great to be a standard. The Shit and you know, because they have tons of information about roofs all over the country. So these guys they share with us in commercial roofing, broken Arrow, what needs to be done, what could be done with different types of roof in situations. And so we step in with steel roofs, metal roof, metal roofing, shingle roofing, low slope roof, lean steep slope roofing. We step in and do all types of flat roof repairs. We do modified bitumen, built up ballasted, TPO, EPD, DM, PVC, all of the thermo sets, all of the thermo applies, all of the thermo plastics. We do all these different types of roofs in commercial roofing, broken arrow. And so when you do all of these, you need to be on top of what repair needs to be done.
And that’s what we do here with advanced commercial systems. Oh, one thing I always like to mention about who we are, what we do is that when I say that we’re roof nerds, I don’t just try to sell us at being really smart and roofing because it’s the way to sell us. I actually believe that we’re roof nerds. We have gone and joined with an engineering company. There’s a engineering company that has spent well over 50 years studying different types of wind and storm damage, hail damage for commercial envelope for buildings, the commercial envelopes, um, commercial building envelopes in commercial roofing, broken air. And so with that, a large part of what this engineering company does is they work with storm damage, own roofing. And so all of the different, it’s roofing are covered. And so since all of the different types of roof in their cupboard, that sets us in a there where we can be able to work on all different aspects of the roof and be able to be certified inspectors.
What does it mean for our roof nerds to be a certified inspector for commercial roofs with an engineering company want to just means where the smartest than down. It just means that we’ve got an engineering company backing what we say and do. So when we go to meet an insurance adjuster on a roof, we’re bringing the information, the data, the, the, the knowledge, the engineering aspect of what a commercial roofing company should be able to bring because they’re coming up either working with or working against, you know, a insurance company. So hearing commercial roofing, broken Arrow, uh, what we do many times is we share with them up front, listen, we are hooked up with this engineering company, uh, basically all of the training that you’ve had. And then some we’ve had for storm damage for commercial roofs. And so let’s just inspect this together and see what we find.
And we always come from a different perspective than a lot of roofers. A lot of roofers want to come in and start showing the damage and, you know, demanding things get taken care of. We’ve always gone the angle of just really respecting, uh, the industry, respecting people in the industry of insurance. These insurance adjusters, they have hard jobs. I’ll tell you sometimes if they’re on a cat, oh, catastrophic. A season, a cat season, uh, they can be gone for three or four or five months at a time away from their family working seven days a week, 12 to 16 hours a day. And so many times you’ll run into these guys and they’re strung out and they’re just surviving. And so the last thing they want is to someone to argue it. So we come in with friend them, we come in and work well with them because they all know us.
We’ve had a great relationship with insurance companies here in commercial roofing, broken Arrow, so here to mass commercial systems or certified with as engineering company, Hey, engineering as certified inspectors. Now another thing that we bring to your table, uh, when we sit down with you, literally we do bring it to your table is we bring to you, um, different types of estimates and budgeting. And so let’s say you call us out that you have a TPO roof or you have an old modified bitumen roof that’s 15 years old, okay? They normally lasts 15 to 25 years. You’ve got one that’s 15 years old is coming to the end of its life supposedly according to the manufacturer’s specifications and so coming to the end of its life, you want to know what’s going on. Well we come out, we sit down with you. We had an interview.
What? What are you looking for? We’d get up on the roof. We do our, our full free roof evaluation and which would gather all of the data for your roof. We gather all of that data, bring it back down to you. You can see the video right there in the spot. You can see the problematic area pictures if there are any, you know, cause if there’s not problem areas will will not be taken. Problematic area pictures. And so then we come down, we sit down with you, we go through the roof, we go through everything and then we began to share with you there’s a repair virgin, there’s a repair level. This is a repair budget. There is a restoration root level. There’s a restoration budget. There is a possibly a reroof or recovering version. And then there’s potentially a roof replacement version in which we could put modified bitumen back.
We could put PVC, we could put Tpo, we can do an overlay. There’s so many things we could do in commercial roofing, broken arrow. And that’s why we’d to sit down with you, you’re going to have to give us a little bit of time. You know, we’re giving you some time. We’re giving you a great amount of information and expertise. You’re going to need to give us a little bit of time so that we can share with you that information and the data that we gathered. As I’ve always said, it’s always our role as roof nerds to increase your commercial Iq.
